Terms of Service

These terms describe how customers may use ArcPilot for advertising analytics, diagnostics, recommendations, and approval workflows.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Service scope

ArcPilot provides advertising account diagnostics, profit-based reporting, anomaly monitoring, recommendations, and workflow tools for ecommerce teams.

The service is not a guarantee of advertising profitability. Advertising performance depends on products, pricing, creative quality, fulfillment, competition, account history, and market conditions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must have the right to connect the advertising accounts, stores, and data sources they provide to ArcPilot.

Customers are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them and for complying with platform policies, advertising laws, and data protection obligations.

TikTok API use

When TikTok Ads data is connected, ArcPilot uses authorized API access only for the analytics, reporting, alerting, and recommendation workflows presented to the customer.

Material account changes, including budget or status changes, must be governed by customer authorization, permission checks, and audit logging before they are made available in any production workflow.

Limitations

ArcPilot may provide estimates, recommendations, and forecasts based on available data. These outputs are informational and should be reviewed by the advertiser before implementation.

We may suspend access if the service is used for unauthorized data access, platform abuse, policy circumvention, or unlawful activity.
