We may collect account contact details, company information, submitted diagnostic requests, advertising account identifiers, campaign and ad group reporting data, product and order data supplied by the customer, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
If a user connects a TikTok Ads account, ArcPilot requests permissions that match the enabled product workflows and the customer's approved use of the service.
We use data to provide advertising diagnostics, profit-based reporting, anomaly detection, strategy recommendations, approval workflows, and customer support.
ArcPilot does not sell customer advertising data. We do not use connected TikTok Ads data to build unrelated consumer profiles.

TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens are intended to be encrypted before storage. Tokens are used only for authorized workflows for the connected advertiser.
ArcPilot is designed so material account changes require advertiser authorization, permission checks, and audit records before they are made available in production workflows.
We retain customer data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit logs.
Users can request deletion of their account data or connected advertising data by emailing support@arcpilot.net or using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
